Hospitality Fundamentals Program
This program provides a concentrated introduction to hospitality basics. It gives students a solid foundation in lodging properties. There is a focus on rooms division, food and beverage competencies and supervisory skills. The courses are:
- Hospitality Today: An Introduction
- Management of Food and Beverage Operations
- Supervision in the Hospitality Industry
- Hotel and Restaurant Accounting
- Managing Front Office Operations
- Managing Housekeeping Operations
Your account executive can work with you. They will help to develop a curriculum for your school that will enable students to earn more certificates. You can also make substitutions so that the curriculum meets your needs. An Academic Partnership Agreement is available to formalize your program choices.
