Prerequisites:
Qualifying Positions:
A person who supervises three or more property staff
Individuals have job duties that are at least 40 percent managerial in nature
and which include such tasks as leading hotel operations, budgeting, forecasting, recruiting hotel staff, scheduling, and making decisions and judgment calls while performing daily duties.
How to Obtain Certification
- Complete the CHM learning suite and must receive an 80% to pass the quiz and consider the module complete. Learners are able to retake the quiz multiple times, review their answers, and review content from the course as a refresher before retaking the quiz.
- Get ready to pass the CHM professional certification exam with 70% or above.
- Complete the CHM application that confirms you are a Hospitality Assistant Manager, Manager, or above
